Assistant Emails is a new portal view that surfaces every email Augie processes on your behalf, each thread paired with a full timeline of what Augie did with it and why.

- Customer service, fraud, and pre-booking workflows now have the same operator-facing transparency that load-specific workflows have.

### How It Works

- _Email list view_ — every assistant email thread with workflow status pills and filtering.
- _Thread detail panel_ — the full email alongside a timeline of the actions Augie took on that thread, plus contacts and attachments.

### Availability

- Now available for all Augie users.
