Augie now has a persistent memory layer for chat preferences. When a user tells Augie how they want responses formatted or what information to include, Augie stores that preference and applies it automatically in all future conversations — across the Portal, Slack, Teams, and any load chat.

### How It Works

- In any conversation, tell Augie what you want: _"Always include the load type"_ or _"Always respond in bullet points."_
- Augie stores the preference and applies it automatically in all future conversations.
- To update a preference, simply say so: _"Actually, don't include the load type anymore"_ — and Augie updates accordingly.
- To review stored preferences, ask: _"What preferences do you have for me?"_
