Outbound email from Augie can now flow through a customer's Proofpoint Secure Email Relay (SER) tenant. This unblocks enterprise customers whose security and compliance posture requires outbound email traffic to flow through their own infrastructure.

- Improves security for enterprise organizations. Customers with strict email security setups can now deploy Augie without compromise.

- Onboarding is dramatically faster. Rather than every new customer needing a fresh sub-account, sender authentication, and DNS records whitelisted, which can delay go-live for weeks, a Proofpoint customer hands over relay credentials, and Augie starts sending emails right away.

- Augment wires the customer's Proofpoint SER tenant in as a first-class email conduit.

- Send traffic is feature-flagged with percentage-based ramping, so volume can be dialed up gradually per tenant.
