# Augie now supports multiple teammates for voice calls

Augie can now represent multiple teammates — each with their own name, voice, and avatar — and rotate them across the workflows you enable.

### Why It Matters

- Improve pickup rates and call outcomes with more natural, less repetitive conversations.
- Keep outbound communication on-brand with names and voices that match your team.
- Manage it all yourself — no engineering or CS lift required.

### How It Works

- Set up teammates in the portal under _Settings → Teammates._
- Assign each teammate a unique name, voice, and avatar, then enable them by workflow.
- When a call is initiated, Augie auto-selects an enabled teammate for that workflow.

### Availability

- Live now in the portal.
