Augie now uploads documents directly to your TMS

Upload Documents is a new planner tool that lets Augie send documents directly to a brokerage's TMS instead of forwarding them via email to an inbox. When a brokerage is enabled for TMS upload, Augie receives a document via email or SMS and pushes the file directly into the TMS — no human processing required.

Why It Matters

• Eliminates the manual AP email handling step that has historically slowed document collection workflows.
• Reduces the risk of documents being misrouted, lost in shared inboxes, or processed late.
• Speeds up downstream activities — billing, settlement, and audit — by ensuring documents arrive in the TMS as soon as Augie receives them.

How It Works

• Augie receives a document via email or SMS from a driver, carrier, or customer.
• Instead of calling 'forwardEmail' to send the document to your AP inbox, Augie calls 'uploadDocuments' to push the file directly to the TMS.
• The document appears in the brokerage's system without any manual AP processing.
