Augie runs thousands of your check calls, emails, and document collections across loads every day — and now all of those analytics are available in one place, with prebuilt dashboards and reports that turn every Augie-driven workflow into a self-serve view.

### Why It Matters

- Get instant access to the metrics that matter across POD collection, Track & Trace activity, and Carrier Selection performance without leaving the portal.
- Slice and explore the data your way, with adjustable date ranges, custom aggregations, and one-click CSV exports.
- Set the foundation for richer reporting ahead, including more workflow dashboards, brokerage-specific configurations, and Augie generating reports for you proactively.

### How It Works

- Open the new _Dashboards and Reports_ tabs in the Augment portal sidebar to see every prebuilt view available to your business.
- Click into any dashboard to see a collection of related reports, each with its own visualization, description, and controls.
- Adjust filters at the dashboard or report level and watch every chart re-render instantly.
- Toggle any report between chart view and table view, then download the underlying data as a CSV.

- Available now in the Augment portal with standard dashboards live for POD collection, Track & Trace, and Carrier Selection workflows. Additional workflow dashboards rolling out soon.
